a) Data Controller and Representative
Your personal data; DOGAN FILO INSAAT GAYRIMENKUL SAN.VE TIC.LTD.STI. and the branch/licensee (collectively “DOGAN FILO”) within the framework described below, which may be obtained, recorded, stored, disclosed, stored by fully or partially automated or non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system. will be changed, rearranged, transferred, taken over, made available, classified, transferred to third parties to the extent permitted by the legislation, or processed in other ways.

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law "regulating the rights of the data subject" to DOGAN FILO in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.
